The origins of Creditability® trace way back to 1994 when Don Wilcox established the business to provide a specialist Credit Management Consultancy, building on his vast experience having worked with some of Australia’s leading organizations, as well as working in senior roles in England and South Africa..
These organizations include Yellow Pages Australia [now Sensis], Dairy Farmers, Multiplex, the Vodafone Group, Boral, Telstra, Multiplex, TNT and the FIAT Automotive Group internationally. The experiences gained have equipped Don well, with unique insights into systems, procedures, processes, practices and management approaches and styles across different industries. Often brought in as a consultant to streamline and re-energise outdated, inefficient systems and inappropriate practices and processes, Don has a track record of delivering innovative and creative solutions and is widely regarded as a leading Business Process Improvement specialist. Central to our philosophy is the examination, review and adoption of successful business models in other disciplines, and, where relevant, successfully adapting them to the Credit environment to provide 'different thinking' and fresh approaches. A prime example of this is the conduct of Customer Satisfaction Surveys related to Credit and Collection practices. Creditability® also provides in-house and public training courses through it's program of interactive Masterclass seminars and workshops. Creditability® disseminates knowledge, expertise and solutions in an easy-learning environment that provides tangible examples that allow you to apply the same principles within your own organisation. |
